- Be unused and unworn
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

- Print-on-demand items with custom designs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
Return Process
- Initiate your return through your Shopify order account
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to our return address in Germany
- Provide tracking information via email
Damages and Defects
For damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage/defect
- Include your order number
- We will cover return shipping for damaged/defective items
European Union Rights
For EU customers:
- 14-day cooling-off period applies

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection within 2 business days
- Refund processed within 10 business days
- Original payment method will be refunded
